    Oil is collapsing again, nearing $50 which should be here by next week....... hopefully we get $2 gas soon....prices Haven't even come down 5% at the pump even though oil has been collapsing.....

    Rates are still at historical lows....

    Rates will stop rising and will be cut back down to zero once the roaring bear comes !!!
