Actually you can lose weight simply by drinking more water. Most people who are overweight drink little to no water. Since our bodies crave water to survive, your bodies organs send a message to your brain to find food since food is where most people get their water from. By drinking "a lot" more water, your body will crave less food and you will lose weight. Water is really a miracle worker. It's possible to eat less and gain weight if you are eating junk food and exercise is too broad a word for most people. The optimal solution is just drink more water. Which will then lead to eating less and losing weight.
