Back in TVIX @ $6.55 Looking to sell GUSH I bought at $4.50 earlier in the week...up a huge 10%+ today
I'm already short... Market rallying on Europe markets and what Draghi did once again to prop up more worthless economies....every single time the ECB they bow to the markets just like yellen and friends do here in the US...wait till the fed meets next week...it will be sunny skies and plenty of dovish talk about holding off on any further rate hikes...
I had the deja vu feeling about this rally...Every step of the way it's had that same vibe as last October...Stair steps higher, a few sharp breaks lower, but they turn into really ugly bear traps and then it just launches higher and sits there...Like I said last night, the problem with yesterday is that it occurred less than a week before the FOMC meeting and we all know that either the market goes flat or it "creeps higher" in the days leading up to it...
semi conductor index if it doesn't break down soon, then this could be the shortest bear market ever personally i think it will break down, and so will ES
Most indexes are heading higher, failure to breakthrough 10 monthly SMA, not just 1 index, but a confluence of all major indexes, will depict 3 lower tops and that IMHO will signal a start of a proper decline where 1800 SPX has little to no chance of holding.
Semis have been on a complete tear the last 4 weeks..... Aside from that it seems everyone is bullish and happy again and quickly forgetting just where the S$P was about a month ago...I'm sure next week the fed ONCE again gives the markets what it wants to hear as they always do....funny how last month any thought of a rate hike was off the table due to a declining market ...remember the fed used to be about a real economy now they just want to keep the prop job going as long as possible.... Bulls need to remember that all bull markets will end and this will end on a very bad note just like they always do...since March 2009 and the bull market keeps on going, that will end soon.
http://www.cnbc.com/2016/03/11/are-central-banks-doing-more-harm-than-good.htmlhtml Is this actually a question that I have to hear in 2016 when its a question that should been talked about the first time the fed propped the markets with TARP and QE and everything else in between...
