maher has been on the wrong side of many issues over time. he wants to impose his will on the public all the time from Suvs to his global warming crap. He is a liberal of average intelligence who is elevated by the liberal media because he goes for the headlines. But who is willing to offend religion any time you wish... but don't go after his background. I believe he was half catholic and half jewish... and oddly at times... rare times... he sometimes defends that part of his background when attacked. he is a confused man who every once in a while allows himself to think instead of following liberal pop platitudes and when he does... he rightly calls it liberal bullshit.
I saw that as Maher ripped his ass. There is no religion, no group of people as violent and crazy as the Islamists, and as he pointed out, even the "moderate" ones will say, well they got what was coming to them.
