I make money no matter what fuckhat or party sits in Washington, D.C.; and 2. Putin does whatever Putin wants no matter what fuckhat or party sits in Washington, D.C. (Georgia, Crimea, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, hacking, etc..)
