Yes, when fusion becomes commercially viable it will be huge for mankind, but in the meantime the CO2 we are putting into the air is causing all kinds of problems that will get worse. The CO2 we put up there now stays around for hundreds of years, causing feedback effects that can really throw this planet for a loop. Mass extinctions and many human deaths.

We don't want to have to use - and pay for - this new fusion energy to remove the CO2.

And no, Trump doesn't piss me off. He terrifies me. He is one of the most ignorant psychotic assholes to ever get near the presidency. His ignorance and denial of global warming is just one example. Yes, he is VERY dangerous. Ignorant and easily irritated.

And yes, you may speak without thinking, but you are not running for president and Trump gives no indication that he does any thinking at all.
