Dude... Look at it this way..... if we can prosper near term... our genius and innovation will bring to fruition things like cold fusion... and then not only will the climate be saved.... the entire plight of humanity will change. Imagine irrigating deserts with seawater because we have unlimited pollution free electricity that costs nothing to produce. It CAN happen. It should happen. In our lifetime.

But to do this, we need some semblance of harmony. And we need a leader that will spur innovation.

I call myself a hillbilly ace. To me, its a compliment. Chew on that for a bit. And my "textbook" schooling is far and away beyond yours... trust me, it is. I just don't speak of it.

I'm also a ghetto kid ... so if that makes any difference to you, perhaps you will see the wisdom of that which I speak. I have been there and done that more than you will ever know.

We need change. Radical change. If you wanna see cold fusion and the likes....a radical shakeup is required... because you will never see it with the status quo. Trump may like fossil fuels.... but he is also a visionary. Hillary is nice to the weak.... which I admire, and we need more of.... but to save this world... we need a BOLD leader. Trump is not a Hitler..... I don't know what he is.... but he is not dangerous. Wanna see dangerous... go read that thread in chit-chat titled "stoners...."

This world is dangerous. And ugly. Trump may piss you off because he speaks without thinking.... but I do the same damn thing..... we all do...

So see the light brother before you judge the future of humanity based on Donald Trump, because without change.... global warming is as insignificant as my daily stock trades. They don't fucking matter.

Part of the Donald's plan is to gut regulations, slash corporate taxes and totally open up domestic drilling, exploration and fracking. That includes the Alaskan north slope. The goal is to make America the worlds largest producer of oil and gas.

What the Kommissar said. You were all for Bernie but now trump cant pay? Even though both financed their plans with onshoring???

When your ready to be intellectually honest, you let us know

The truth is it's difficult to quantify. Easily we can take out 3 trillion from China. 2 trillion from Japan. Half a trillion from Mexico. And probably close to another trillion from the remainder.

That doesn't include all the additional trillions in economic activity we get from drilling the north slope, taxing returned corporate profits and gutting senseless regulations (annual compliance cost of 2 trillion a year). Hell, knock half off that list and we save one trillion dollars a year alone!!! Don't forget all the additional corporations relocAting back to America for the 15% corporate tax rate.

  5. No. I like Bernie, but I was always for Hillary. He wasn't pretending to be able to repay the national debt in 2 terms. And he was the FTT guy, remember? That part didn't appeal to me.

And yet, you're confidently putting all kinds of big numbers on it...

China built their economy on protectionary tariffs and currency debauchment. Japan, the same. Colonial America did the same. Tariffs work.

Are you contesting the fact that tariffs work ?

Hilary Clinton has adopted the financial transaction tax which you just said you don't support.

Read the news much ? Shall we expect you to withdraw support for Hillary now ?

  9. I asked for a credible source for your lofty numbers. You have none. Accordingly, this topic has reached its conclusion.
