  9. It's a well known fact DB, at least to those who read more than Salon and Huffy. Reid blocked them in the Senate, as is his right under the Constitution and senate rules. Somehow his action did not trigger a constitutional crisis, but republican failure to rubberstamp obama's wacky plans justify jettising our system and letting obama act as a dictator.
