I'm making a legitimate statement. If the son is/was pivotal to the makeup of the company then he should be made part owner, hell even legally defend such claim if the parent passes. I am not talking about progeny that had no role in a company and are trying to skirt income taxes from daddy's hand me downs (which is the bulk of who this will benefit).
