Actual I have an entire string of posts in other threads stating this alleged election fraud should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. exGOPer is the one opposed to properly investigating and prosecuting this election fraud.

    See the following two threads...

You’re such a cunt. You blame the DEM board of elections and state that improper ballots should be thrown out... It’s only an issue for your fraudsters if it’s on the DEM side, which it never is. That’s just from your first reply on the top link you posted.

That is not what I stated in my posts. But feel free to stick to your name calling and fact-free narrative.

I explained in detail why election fraud is never successfully investigated or prosecuted in North Carolina -- this includes cases of fraud by both parties.

It has now reached the point where both parties in our state are demanding that local prosecutors be allowed to independently investigate and prosecute election fraud -- rather than the state election board. This is a change I wholeheartedly support.

In my posts I provided the entire context and history of why election fraud is never properly investigated and prosecuted in North Carolina. This includes details of the issues with the State Election Board which is why election issues are never properly investigated & prosecuted in our state. This also includes the lengthy history of the state election board, the proposed pending legislation to change the state election board, the court decisions in October stating the state election board is unconstitutional, and the recent resignation of the chairman of the state election board for illegal activities.

The bottom line was to demonstrate how the media in our state is investigating and uncovering the shady election activity by Republicans in the 9th Congressional district race -- but the current state election board will never effectively investigate or prosecute the irregularities. My posts also covered what needs to be changed to allow for proper investigation and prosecution of this case -- as well as coverage on how all the media in our state is demanding changes be made.

The bottom-line is that you've never started a thread about GOP election fraud... and you're quick to defend the GOP when the only instances of wide-scale fraud occurs by the GOP. The election board is not a prosecutorial-arm of govt... and you have no fucking clue what they'll do.

    You're a complete fucking idiot.

As clearly stated earlier, in North Carolina (and many other states) only the State Election Board can investigate and prosecute election fraud. By law Local DA's cannot independently investigate and prosecute election fraud. The State Election Board is ill-equipped to investigate election fraud; they do not have the training, manpower, or understanding to drive a legal investigation. By law they can only use the Wake County DA to deliver subpoenas (Do you really think the Wake County DA's office really wants to drive across the state to deliver subpoenas to someone to appear before the state election board?)

The law not allowing local prosecutors to independently investigate and prosecute election fraud (both voter and electoral fraud) is a significant problem. We can go back to the Jim Crow era with the 1960s Voting Rights Act to see why the election fraud power was moved to the State Elections Board from local prosecutors (who abused their election investigative power along racial lines) at the demand of the federal government. It is time to move the power back to investigate election fraud back to local prosecutors -- the state election board has proven to be ineffective in doing this not only in North Carolina but in other states with the same system.

  8. Whether this election gets certified or not depends on not how white but rather how White the Elections Board really is.

The Harris / McCready race results

    279,858 votes, 100% reporting (210 of 210 precincts)

    Candidate Party Votes Pct.
    Mark Harris Republican 138,338 49.4%
    Dan McCready Democrat 136,478 48.8%
    Jeff Scott Libertarian 5,042 1.8%

    https://www.nytimes.com/elections/results/north-carolina-house-district-9

There were 684 mail-in ballots cast in Bladen County that are in question. 684 ballots is much less than the margin of victory of 1860. Even discarding all of these mail-in ballots will not change the election results.

It's amazing that everything you've written is wrong. You use the qualifier "independent" as though it's codified.

    The election board CANNOT PROSECUTE.
