remembr goog soldoff last time on earnings this time it wont since the odds of it selling off on two consecutive reports are very slim.
EPS looks consistent. I think they'll deliver there. However, OE at 590 tomorrow. I think they'll keep it down just like EBAY for OE. EBAY popped almost 10% on earnings, but it was way far from OE price. Pulled all the way back and then some towards OE. New AH responses are getting very volatile. High pop up, then pop down...
So much bearishness on the google boards. Goog is about the only green stock, while the market is in it's mini intraday meltdown. All these bears are getting bold, even in the face of strong earnings report (subjective, but that's headlines) and multiple upgrades. Markets hitting major TA support in a lot of ways right now. If the market returns, google should blast off for a day's trade. I'm a buyer here, with tight stops at the low of the day for google. Looking for some blast off before days end.
i honestly don't see the gphone working. apple can make a phone because they're a pc manufacturer that also makes consumer gadgets. google is an advertising machine. maybe they can create some nifty software to throw up some ads on mobile phones, but making their own phone? it'll be like zune 1.0, yawn.
