I've been following the articles on it and the only one I heard of the date it's coming to market is sometime in the summer. Does anyone know if there wil be a 90d restriction on IPO holders that they're not allowed to dump it within that 90 days? It's usually the rules for new IPOs but with Google being such a different company and them stating that they won't attempt to smooth earnings, they might not have that clause in. Also, for shorting, if brokers don't make it available to short, then it will be similar to TASR and we should see a run up, not down. I don't know of many brokers that allow you to short TASR. If you're lucky enough to be with one, let me know cuz I might want to switch so I can get shares of GAGA short too.
