good time to open a stock trading account?

I've seen report these days saying that the stock market is going bearish. I want to start trading stocks online, but don't know if it is a good time to get into the market at such a time. Any suggestion? Thanks.

 

Yes its a good time, you may want to wait till the market turns around but if you dont, you still will be buying most everything low (for long term investments). Buy low sell high right?

 

Now is a "good" time to start. There will never be a "perfect" time to start.
