If I look at MSN Money (which has an app on windows 10, which is why I've been using it)... it seems that it says "Dow set for 200 point gain" (before market open) and "Dow up 200 points) after market open, when it looks like the market hasn't moved much at all. Seems that what it does is track the market not from the open but from midnight. Are there any sites where I can go to and read the major headline (about the market) that refers to Dow, S&P, Nasdaq from what they do after the Stock market opens?
