We already gave it time with James and Schiff -- no charges have been filed. The reality -- outlined by the released facts is that there is no mortgage fraud case against these individuals. And if Bondi's DOJ attempts to bring one they will immediately be laughed out of court by a judge.

You seem to be off in your own little universe following your own timeline wherein everything has been examined and the time for reviewing it has ended and nothing has been found. Nice try Soy Boy. In reality it has only been two weeks since the Housing Finance Agency referred it to the Justice Department for investigation and they have just begun. Since then the Housing Director did say that they have added a third case that they are now looking at along with the original two. So, they are looking at it and they make take months or whatever time they want. She has not been charged so there is no timeline yet. In regard to your assertion that the case "will be laughed out of court by the judge," the DOJ would most likely seek a grand jury indictment first and the judge will not be laughing a grand jury indictment out of court, should they choose to indict. Also, if the investigators dig deep enough they probably will find a couple more things to look at that might lead to more crimes. They are entitled to look at her tax returns to see how she treated her housing expenses on her returns. So that creates a basis for examining anything related to her returns that may show up collaterally. Review all her work related alleged expenses too on her tax return. Anyone who cheats on their mortgage app would cheat there too. Oh yeh. Having fun yet Lisa? They may do to you what the dems did to Trump. Let's treat Lisa like she is a white man president. As Trump was treated. I think Lisa will probably be successful in getting a temporary injunction but that will only put the DOJ in a position where they need to find as much illegality on her part as possible to have here removed. Hope she knows what she is signing up for.

She doesn't have to deny sh&t papa.. you have to prove it and make sure it sticks. On the other hand Trump denies not being in the Epstein files and doesn't crack open the files to prove he isn't in them...not a peep from you on that... crickets.. chirp chirp or in your case slurp slurp
That Trump has to prove a crime has not been established yet. Even she is acquitted or not charged he can still conclude that her actions are reprehensible and improper for a fed official, even if they do not rise to the level of a crime. There is nothing in the statute that says the wrongdoing must be a conviction. There is a long way to go with this case. She may come out okay but will be spending plenty of time worrying about it and spending big bucks on attorney fees even if she prevails. You know, like they did to Trump. So sad. OR NOT.
