Alright, I have not posted a thread in awhile and this forum seems to need a little livening up (that could always be said) so... As traders we abuse our bodies staying awake for ungodly amounts of time, slacking on exercise, going through HUGE amounts of stress as we try to keep from getting eaten in the markets... What's a trader to do? Well...
