Here is a picture of what my neighbor's garage looked like. Not identical but the same manufacturer. This is probably 2 times bigger than most of your homes.
Ah, I see that you were so worked up that you decided to edit your worthless post. I'm not at all prejudiced against "Latinos", but I do know that the area you speak of is largely illegal immigrants. Like the rest of your infomercial pitches, you count on an ignorant reader to buy into these tales. Ya know, there is actually a fundamental reason why many areas in this country are blighted beyond repair. Kinda has something to do with the fact that the residents are broke and this country is on a downward trajectory. And yes there are many many foreclosures in each state, so many that you have to see the bigger picture and realize that it isn't just a tiny blip in a wave of greater prosperity. It's structural and only getting worse. Now go back to taping your next infomercial segment, we'll all be waiting with baited breath.
I'm a trader not a real estate developer. Before I was a trader I worked in corporate America. I hate infomercials. If you bothered to read my posts I clearly stated I hate rehabs. The work I put into my own property each year is plenty of work for me. I enjoy my free time too much and like to travel. Doing rehabs takes too much time. The one property I did in Michigan I dumped as quick as I could so I didn't have to think about it anymore. I agree with you that a lot of areas aren't worth the effort but others are. You, like most people aren't willing to take the time to separate out those areas. If the "money" doesn't come easy, you aren't interested. Hey, I don't blame you for wanting the easy route to wealth but there are others that will have to actually "work hard" for their piece of the pie. It's too easy to just say, "it can't work" because it makes you feel better about not doing the work. I don't begrudge others for the effort they put out and would never tell them, "it is impossible" because that is a lie, it isn't.
I work very hard at what I do (I only trade here and there nowadays after starting with it 15 years ago). Instead, I'm a small biz owner so I do have a good pulse on the economy at large. I just don't like the sort of surface level anecdote's about other's achievements, without any real insight into the amount of effort or risks involved. It usually gives the wrong impression since details are few and far between. As far as real estate speculation goes, it's a minefield now more than ever for a littany of reasons, not withstanding that unemployment problems, it's deeper than that obviously.
House 1 - Norwegian - green - Pall Mall - Coffee - Birds House 2 - German - Blue - Prince - Water - Fish House 3 - Brit - Red - Blend - Milk - Horses House 4 - Dane - Yellow - Dunhill - Tea - Cats House 5 - Swede - White - Blue Mast - Beer - Dogs This meets all criterion, but doesn't prove the solution is unique. Therefore at LEAST one solution is that the fish lives in house 2 w/ the German. Proving the solution is unique is a whole other problem. A counter example showing another complete solution would do the job... But what kind of Doosh would post an ambiguous puzzle in a message board?
Definitely obnoxious. The question implies that someone has a fish, and these things are not always worded unambigously. All I know is if I wanted sushi I would try the German's house first. BTW - it is unique. To prove set up the grid with all possibilities in each cell, iterate through the rules (it takes more than once) and strike out what is eliminated.
