I remember hearing about it sometime back then but I was more interested in girls. I remember smoking pot once in high school and thought it was a waste of time and brain cells. I have an occasional drink and a cigar and that is as much of a vice I enjoy.
That only works in the rural area of fantasy land. Not anywhere else. This guy is full of sh*t and just keeps piling it on. Banks that not only lend on the property but even give you the down payment. Wow it's a shocker that everyone is not rich with these types of loans.
