well black folk is not the same in LA or San Francisco and say Seattle or Atlanta. There is numerous accounts of people experiencing very hostile, dumb arrogance from the black living in LA. and when I say people I do not mean only "white" folk, asians, euro types and all creeds, Indians etc all have problems with the "black" in LA LA land....
