What do you expect people to play by the rules in this (*&'ed up market you might as well ask somebody to pay taxes because they want to! This is America where lying stealing and cheating are a way of life and they only way to get ahead! Do you think that JPM would have disclosed thier losses if it were not for a whistle blower?
