Have you been to BareBurger? I've been there once and had the wild boar burger which was good but haven't tried their beef burger. A couple friends of mine go there all the time.
I wasn't happy to say the least. But we got stuck in traffic for awhile and the meter just kept on ticking every 30 seconds of course. We were in the car about 45 minutes or so I think. The cabby stayed on the phone with his Arabic friend the whole time and he didn't speak a word of English. I tried asking him a question and he had no clue. He just understood the address. The ride back to the airport was much better though.
It's in brooklyn now right? It's a little out of my way, but one of these days I'll get to it. Although, I'm not impressed by their 'gimmick'; Alton Brown and the guys over at seriouseats demonstrated pretty conclusively that 'sealing in the juice' isn't valid.

Yeah, try the italian dishes at the Palm and the lobster, boiled then broiled--- Butcher& Singer-- sounds like a penny stock firm from the early 1990's. surf
I misspoke (mistyped I mean). Was referring to the burger joint which you said was just ok. Haven't been myself but was hoping to at some point just to see what all the fuss is about.
