They’ve now been doing it very publicly for over 12 years, during which - among other things - they’ve voluntarily published independently audited accounts and even won a US-government-sponsored industry award. It seems almost unimaginable to me that they’ve so flagrantly been breaking the law for so long. How do you know? Is that fact, or just your opinion?
Hello TrAndy2022, Apex paid me about $5k this year. So they are legit way to make some money. Just follow the rules like they stated. Pretty easy. If you know how to trade and you not playing ass around, then you make money and stop all the playing around. Too many traders not serious
Then why are people are saying they internally match the orders? why are the orders not going to real market if they do they are the counter party !
You should ask them. Orders in the live account go to the real market, I have tested it. XFA is just a sim account but they do payout profits from them. That isn't the same as internalizing orders. Maybe you should do some research before you let everyone know your opinion that's based on wrong information ...
