That's not what I was on about and you know it, you are deflecting as always. The bible and Christianity tout on endlessly about the cross. The original meaning was not a cross he was nailed to.
And how does that relate to proving you are saved through Jesus and have a current walking talking relationship with the present living Jesus?
http://www.kingjamesbibledictionary.com/StrongsNo/G4716/Cross Strongs Definition: a stake or post (as set upright) that is (specifically) a pole or cross (as an instrument of capital punishment); figuratively exposure to death that is self denial; by implication the atonement of Christ
Since when ever was a pole a cross? Like saying spare wheel is a fender. You need to refer to Strongs Greek & Hebrew Concordance.
Jesus was needed to create life. Because He is my creator, and because I've been reconciled to Him, I have a walking talking relationship with the present living Jesus.
Pole is the definition of the word that was translated into cross in English. That's how you use Strongs. I'd have to do some more research on this to find out if criminals were never crucified with arms outstretched, but at least we both now know that the original greek word means pole, so if it wasn't a cross, but a pole, then the error is simply in the translation to English and has nothing to do with the authenticity of the original Scriptures.
Sins are covered if you are a creature in Christ. Being this new creature, is not conducive to going out of the way to commit sins. In other words, one who desires to sin a lot, may not be as 'covered'/saved as they may believe. For the truly 'covered'/saved, your works (sins, good deeds, etc.), or lack thereof, will be reflected in the amount of heavenly rewards you'll eventually receive.
