Yes, I am talking of Bernie Madoff. It is karma and personally, I have seen it happen so many times in my life to discount it to pure chance. Call it the law of the universe if you want. Generally, if you do something bad towards others, you will get something bad in return. Now, it may not happen overnight but, rest assured it is coming.

But with a law of the universe as you describe, the universe would have to have some type of intelligence like the mind of a human vs the mind of a rabbit.
