  1. Why waste your time on this reptilian wannabe amphibian? He deserves nothing by drive-by posts, if that.

  2. As I have said several times over the years, "you are like the doctor who is right about everything if you can overlook the fact that all of his patients die."

This discussion is a classic example. Your gun and roe arguments are deader than a doornail before the Supreme Court but you and Chief Justice Whoopi Goldberg keep chugging away being right. Yeh. Go for it.

And in regard to "schooling me," maybe you and your ilk should have concentrated on schooling the Supreme Court. Not saying that I am not special but they are- make that "were"- the ones to convince.

Since you seem to have a zeal to keep spinning your wheels and not moving on, then let's go back to the question I asked twice and which you are avoiding like the monkey pox. I will repeat it:

"Also, I asked whether you would not have overturned Plessy because that would mean that Marbury would or could fall and that "nothing would hold anymore." Reasons you give for not overturning Roe. I did not see your answer on that."

The Plessy and Brown rulings were directly related to the 14th amendment and interpretation thereof. Obviously the Plessy ruling was flawed on its face.

The reason I brought up Marbury is because you’re on a rant that privacy isn’t enumerated in the constitution and is therefore a scam. This is obviously a lame brain argument because powers and rights granted or denied under the constitution fall under 3 distinct elements 1. Enumerated 2. Inherent 3. Implied. Basic 101 stuff which brings us to Marbury and implied/inherent rights and powers. So next time you go off on well this or that is t enumerated remember without the implied power of judicial review the court rulings are simply recommendations and not rulings.

Now as to you, you’re better argument is the “what are you going to do about it” because you and this court ain’t even close to being inline with stare decisis on many issues - this court is fundamentally changing the country from the bench. These are not “corrections” being made but rulings based on myth and feelings.

Even though the recent rulings of Dobbs and NY gun owners or whatever it is, is obviously flawed the right holds the court for 20 maybe 30 years now, minimum. You all don’t need to be right so they’re just going to push obviously flawed arguments like “abortion isn’t enumerated” therefore it is not covered by the constitution. It’s total bullshit when tested against something as simple as Marbury but there is no consequence so you idiots think you’re a bunch of geniuses with these shallow rulings.

Like I said, Monday is another big day for the genius “not enumerated” crowd.

  5. No you are either dense or intentionally being dense because the point I am making is not convenient for you.

You are instructing me on the existence and legitimacy of implied and derived powers as though I am denying their legitimacy. No you lack sufficient knowledge to understand my point. My point was/is that arguments can be and are successfully made for the existence of implied powers such as the power of judicial review via the Marbury case- but that the requirement is always that the proponent must demonstrate and identify the relationship between the implied power (or not) and the constitution. The fact that the proponents in Marbury were successful does not relieve Roe proponents from the burden of also doing that. Instead, Roe just flailed around talking about right to privacy and all sorts of made up shit that they felt good about but no one knows where the hell it exists. FAIL. Marbury case. NOT FAIL. See if you can spot the difference.

Let's - just for quick giggles- review Alito's own frustrations on this - FROM THE OPINION:

"Roe expressed the “feeling” that the Fourteenth Amendment was the provision that did the work, but its message seemed to be that the abortion right could be found somewhere in the Constitution and that specifying its exact location was not of paramount importance.

The Constitution makes no express reference to a right to obtain an abortion, and therefore those who claim that it protects such a right must show that the right is somehow implicit in the constitutional text. Roe, however, was remarkably loose in its treatment of the constitutional text. It held that the abortion right, which is not mentioned in the Constitution, is part of a right to privacy, which is also not mentioned." - Justice Samuel Alito.

    WOMP.........womp.....womp. But, but, but........Your Honor.......Marbury v. Madison .

  6. Biden and his handlers continuing in the Obama tradition which is to go to our allies to trash America when things are not going their way at home.

    Leftist trash. All of them.

And as anyone knows, many other countries have major issues at home- Israel, the UK, France, Germany, whatever. I don't expect or want them to trash their countries when they are abroad or at an international forum. Low class trash in the Biden administration. Biden included. All Bidens for that matter.

US allies condemn abortion ruling; Blinken and his UN ambassador join critics

Leading US allies came out against abortion ruling

The rapid-fire moves by American diplomats to attack the nation’s top judicial body has raised alarm bells among commentators that this is a second act of President Barack Obama’s "apology tour" and an expression of homegrown anti-Americanism.

"It is an absolute disgrace for U.S. officials to be apologizing on the world stage for decisions taken by the U.S Supreme Court," Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, told Fox News Digital.

I get you’re going to keep going in a circle and saying abortion is not enumerated but that’s the flaw. No matter what you say whether it’s judicial review or marriage or travel or vote or PRIVACY these are not enumerated. These things are obvious and inherent. But like I said, these justices don’t have to be right. The super majority will protect the these faulty decisions for decades.

Regardless, your ilk went on a crusade and now oppress women. Congratulations you must feel awesome with your ruling that is so legally flawed it needed a disclaimer because it obviously undermines many under rulings due to its inconsistency. But go ahead keep telling me it’s constitutionally sound.

  10. GOP Rep. Miller, speaking alongside Trump, calls SCOTUS ruling 'victory for white life'

    https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/gop...longside-trump-calls-scotus/story?id=85726659

A spokesperson told the Associated Press the line was a “mix up of words.” [Sure.]

Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., said at an Illinois Trump rally Saturday that the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was a "historic victory for white life."

"President Trump, on behalf of all the MAGA patriots in America, I want to thank you for the historic victory for white life in the Supreme Court yesterday," Miller said.

A spokesperson for Miller told The Associated Press the line was a "mix up of words." [Sure.]

"You can clearly see in the video ... she's looking at her papers and looking at her speech," Isaiah Wartman, the spokesperson, told the AP.

The congresswoman's comments came a day after the court voted to end the constitutional right to have an abortion after nearly 50 years.

Miller made the apparent misspeak onstage in Mendon, Ill., as she opened her remarks alongside former President Donald J. Trump. Trump was in town to support the incumbent before Tuesday's primary, where she will run against Republican Rep. Rodney Davis in Illinois' newly redrawn 15th Congressional district.

Her challenger, Davis, voted to create an independent commission to investigate the Jan. 6 capitol attack. Miller voted against the measure, and won Trump's endorsement in January.

Earlier in the rally, Trump praised the Dobbs v. Jackson decision as a "victory for the constitution, a victory for the rule of law and, above all, a victory for life."

A raucous crowd cheered "thank you, Trump," as he touted his success in nominating three Supreme Court justices during his presidential term.

"I promised to nominate judges and justices who would stand up for the original meaning of the Constitution," the former president said. "We got almost 300 federal judges and three great Supreme Court justices confirmed to do exactly that."
