Nope sorry that aint it. I bought the house in 2002, i'm asking 10% below recent comps in my neighborhood b/c it needs some renovation. The bids we are getting are b/c the media has every potential buyer thinking that every seller is desperate to get out and will accept any bid at all. The people that bid 25% less were actually shocked that we wouldnt play ball with their offer.
Come on man, what do you want them to do, lift your offer? I would never pay offer for a house. Of course I would never expect my low ball bid to get hit either. It's called COMPROMISE.

News Release about S&P globex orders last night***** It says Franz Shoar was actually short 15,000 contracts in a multi-week SHORT scale in..........they finally covered him on a margin call last night, so it looks as if his trading accounts were real!!! :eek:
