They still might get 1 percent or less so the new stock can trade on an exchange.

 

The story line reads like a bad 'B' movie. And now the taxpayers own how much? Oh, great - another money maker to go with AIG.

GM had lost its way by 1960 with UAW and a number of fundamental, consumer-unfriendly decisions. Good riddance.

 

I'm just wondering how much the S&P will be up tomorrow - I'd say the over/under is 3%.
