What time Sunday evening/night starts the trading in the Globex futures?

 

I think Globex opens 5:30pm CST on sundays...

5:30pm CST. Is that 0.30 Central Europe Time (Berlin)?

You can see at the top that CME local is GMT -6, so add 7 to arrive at Berlin time, which is, as you correctly stated, 0:30 MEZ.
