globex/eurex breakdown - ideas for hedging?

yep, no globex data. so does that mean globex is down, or are orders still executed?

Should I restart my IB Trader Workstation software or will that make it worse?

 

It won`t help. The problem is at the exchange.

 

data is back up and running now........no need to restart IB.

The French are the masters at closing the exchange with a technical error when there is a lot of selling pressure are the US authorities testing a similar method for next month?
