No chat available,no emails response for staff of a few days now....this is the 24h service.....?
E-mail support is bad, unless you talk directly with your broker (the person who setup your account). I usually just call.
Im surprised because they never had any problem till now and its look really bad.
Sorry to hear about the problems you've had. I want to try and trouble-shoot this. I have a client in Russia who has also had a hard time connecting on live chat this week. We're looking into the problem, but it seems to work fine for our US clients. Are you getting any kind of error message when you try to connect?
Who did you send your email to? was it to a general email such as 'email@example.com'?

Was expected email from RCalderon.No error message,just empty window with online status.Im from Czech Republic.
