I saw the first announcement of GW by a scientist on a live tv news program. I actually saw it and i remember it. First off what is a scientist doing going on tv to announce his findings? He's playing politics, that's what. He said that his computer model showed that it might be already too late. What's up with that? Political alarmism, that's what... We've had nothing but political alarmism for about thirty years now. Is anybody else sick of it? I guess the ice on Greenland and the Arctic are at near record levels so once again: people can set their hair on fire and run in circles screaming about GW but I'm not going to worry about it...

He also coauthored papers with Hansen and Schmidt. Schmidt thought he was good enough to give him a PHD. Schimdt was one of the members of his PHD panel. I am talking about the 'Real Climatologists' page, as for Thresher, he doesn't deny climate change or man's role in it, he says it's not as bad as everyone thinks but his papers on that are not peer reviewed, he goes on tangents instead of providing proof for his 'opinions'. It reads like a 12 year old who's whining about everyone picking on him.

Shithead, did you actually read the article? The peer reviewed studies that are referenced in the article state the models that the alarmists are using are very flawed. I know it is against your religion for anyone to question these models, but there are real scientists out there studying and asking questions. I suppose we are all just supposed to take Al Gore's word for it.
