I don't agree, and you don't either. There may be some point in not throwing a lot of money at a problem that hasn't been determined to be a problem yet, but regardless, prudence is always in order. It makes good sense to continue studying climate change. We may at least learn our limitations with regard to predicting climate.
There certainly IS a definitive conclusion. Man made greenhouse gasses are warming the atmosphere. There is no question about it anymore. The debate is over. It is a fact. Climatologists consider it as true as biologists consider evolution to be true. Facts are not subject to your opinion. And it IS 97%. When directly asked about it, 97% say that man has caused most of the warming over the last century. Because CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Know what that is?
