Global Warming is a Religion

  1. It's irrelevant , humans are not going to be able to control the earth's climate to our whims anytime soon , that's why Global whiners solutions are so farcical.

It's a power grab that only soft headed types fall for accepting at face value.

Control is a strong word. Do you think humans can influence climate?

It could be a power grab, but keep in mind that if it is then it would have to be grabbed from someone, and believe that they are going to go to the same lengths to defend their current position, and keep in mind that of the two groups, it's the one with the power now that can actually do something.

  5. Wait a minute I don't get this, are you serious? Fight global warming with air pollution ...smog? Where does that road lead?

Then you contradict yourself by stating the whiners are "unwittingly, calling for air pollution". Has (nut) someone proposed that?

Whats with the underscores you used?

Not smog! It is well known that if the earth were to heat up a high altitude dispersal of particulates would lower the earth's temperature. It would cost just a $billion or so. It would stay in the atmosphere for years. Problem solved.

The only thing is that no one wants to suggest using this because,

    1) None of the scientist and those like Gore will make any money on this solution, and

    2) The particles will be in the atmosphere for possibly several years and if we don't really have global warming or the Sun goes into another minimum it will exasperbate the cooling we would experience and we might enter another ice age prematurely. We are already near the end of the current long term earth warming cycle.

I thought you said we can't change Earth's climate.
