  2. You specifically said "you have a story written by people who thought thunder was god speaking." The Lord making it thunder and rain is not him speaking nor did the people who wrote the bible think that.

    The first written instance of Thors name was found on a peice of jewelry dating in the 7th century A.D. 700 years after the new testament was written, so sorry...."Thor" is not in the bible.

    The bible also states that Baal was not a real god, so the people that wrote the bible did not believe that thunder was God speaking.

    If you cant even remember what you wrote 1 post ago, how can you trust yourself that you remember what you have read about evolution?

    Of course, the people at the "front line" of global warming, the Inuit, are changing their behaviors and diets as a result of the melting ice but, yeah, warming is a lie!

  4. now thats funny. one imaginay god tells you that another imaginary god did not exist and thats good enough for you.

    what evidence do you have that moses even existed?

    "there is no historical evidence that moses ever existed. In fact close examination of the moses story clearly indicates that the whole infant placed in a reed basket sealed with pitch story never occurred--and in fact--was a retelling of the much much older sumerian king sargon myth. (they are virtually identical). Thus in removing moses from egypt--the whole story is destroyed--and is the reason there is no historical evidence of the jews being in bondage in egypt, no historical evidence of the exodous, no historical evidence of any wanders of 100,000 people wandering for 40 years in a very small desert, no evidence of the ten plagues, and finally no evidence of the hebrew occupation of the promised land until about 1000 years after the story purportedly happened. The actuality is--the ten commandments--and the whole foundation for the abrahamic religions is washed away by the lack of truth in this story."
    Source(s):
    (The Bible Unearthed [NY: The Free Press, 2001], p. 63):

    The conclusion -- that the Exodus did not happen at the time and in the manner described in the Bible -- seems irrefutable when we examine the evidence at specific sites where the children of Israel were said to have camped for extended periods during their wandering in the desert (Numbers 33) and where some archaeological indication -- if present -- would almost certainly be found.

    dig yourself deeper, idiot.

    EDIT: These idiots really believe they are the purveyors of some anointed bit of wisdom, when in actuality, they are the most grotesque visages occupying most everyone's nightmares

    Atlanta had its first white Christmas since 1882 this past month.

    Today the city is currently all but shut down due to unusually heavy snow and ice for this area.

    Anyone have a link to the latest Al Gore MMGW speech?
    Or is he hold up in his monstrosity of a mansion?
