Goldman has so many people fuming mad, it's suprising that a Timmothy McVeigh type doesn't back a truck up to 85 Broad.
This is one of the few times I agree with GB. I try hard to resist populist anger, but sometimes populist anger exists for good reason. The way GS profited from the backstop of AIG's record bailout (counterparty CDS swaps, paid for by the taxpayer) is one of the biggest financial crimes in history.
agree. next time let's replace all these nameplates with people having background in farming, truck driving, dishwashing etc. and of course GS is looking after themselves first - everybody does.
Anytime anyone tries to tell you the economy is improving, no matter what obscure or irrelevant stat they try to cite, there's a simple, one word rebuttal that will decimate their point(s): JOBS
I never watched this guy before. Is he the first one to bring this up? What about WSJ or Washington Post or Time or whatever...?
