Canada, a far safer place to live then the state of Florida. Florida, a state which believes in proliferating guns throughout it's population with predictable results. Florida, a state with more then it's share of mass shootings. I found this stat in one article : "Between June 12, 2016, to now, the state of Florida has experienced a total of 51 mass shootings. Of those incidents, 118 have died and 280 were injured.". That's since the 49 people were killed in that nightclub incident.
You're so right. Florida is one of the most dangerous places in North America. It's inhabited largely by dangerous psychos, all of whom are heavily armed. It is filled with deadly snakes, gators, sharks, panthers, wild boars, various deadly flying insects and humongous prehistoric birds. It also regularly has massive hurricanes that demolish everything in their path. Do your fellow Canadians a favor and warn them from buying property in Florida or even visiting the wretched place. They seem totally unaware of the terrible risk they are taking, as they are moving to Florida in massive numbers. Fools.
I have spent many winters in Toronto listening to the natives grumbling about how they were going to move to Florida.
Toronto's population continues to grow despite immigration quotas. Apparently some seniors spending some of their time in Florida or Arizona has no real impact on our city. It seems to me that when it comes to who you listen to or what you read about, your filter is heavily biased to hear only what you want to hear. So there is no surprise you hear grumbling and your ears perk up.
