Didn't his campaign spend millions to get like 3 delegates^? I think 1/3 of the Republicans in Congress are not even going to attend. So we have Bush, Cheney, Giuliani slated to speak so far. Why not throw in Wolfowitz and Kissinger to really fire up their neocon base? ^ edit - I overestimated. He spent $59 million and got 1 delegate. LOL
