New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne says 20-year-old Harvard University student Caroline Giuliani was caught Wednesday at a Sephora store in Manhattan. Browne says police arrested her on a misdemeanor charge of petty larceny. Giuliani left a police precinct Wednesday night and quickly got into an SUV with a man and two women. She declined to answer reporters' questions. She's the younger of the ex-New York mayor's two children. She lives with her mother, television personality Donna Hanover. Her parents divorced in 2002.
