    Gilead's big bet on A.I. Gilead Sciences will pay healthcare startup Insitro$15 million to help the pharmaceutical giant use A.I. to develop new liver disease drugs, reported medical news service Stat News. Insitro, whose CEO and deep-learning expert Daphne Koller helped create online education company Coursera, could receive $1 billion if it meets certain milestones.
