Hey, Im open minded to the intellegent, of which I consider you a member. Please post any trial where the outcome affected African-Americans in the aggregate, and I will retract my statement. Also, if you would kind sir, please explain why all the court decisions that did help blacks had to go all the way to the supreme court? I mean, a jury of our peers would surely have seen the obvious, right?
