Something caused this. Either the Blacks are being drawn to the South or being driven from the North. The North is union controlled, democratic controlled and full of failing industries. The Republican South is a free to work land with job growth and good services. Those are all the results of politics. Yes, and the cycle continues. Starting about year 1900 the Blacks leave the Democratic racist Jim Crow south. They head to the mostly Republican North and in the next 90 years old they vote Democratics in office until the Blacks become uneducated and segregated, stuck in projects, used for votes. Now they head back to the free and growing Republican south. If they continue to vote for Democratics I am sure at some point ,again, they will need to leave another decaying situation and find the booming Republican territory.
