Are all poor people good? LOL. Thanks for showing up for the comedy relief.

Merkie, the answers to your questions are so elementary, I thought I wouldn't even have to directly answer them. But, since you want to do the ET spin, of course, anyone would want to live in a more affluent neighborhood. So, does this mean wealthy people are better people than than poor people? (Hint: Stop trying to judge a man by where he lives, goes to school, shops, or how much he has in the bank.)

No. We don't have the same value system.

Hope this is all clear enough for you.

  5. Actually, sir, if you are subpoenaed to tesify you cannot refuse. And please remember that a juror is one of twelve, so a juror has considerably less power than an eyewitness. Again, your logic is flawed.

Finally, using the word nurse as a pejorative says a lot about your mental make-up. And you might want to try relaxing a bit :D

I know a LVN that makes over 30,000 a year and a RN who makes 80,000 and neither touch bed pans.

    Hey Mav...how you doin' today??

So nice to hear from you...my hero!

As a non-criminal minded person, I'm sure you understand that I don't think that all poor people are good people. If I made that error in a post, please quote it and remind me that I erred. I know you aren't one to spin, so I don't think you will correctly quote me as saying that, but if I did, as your ET brother, please let me know.

I'm so grateful for your knowledge you share here to enlighten us all. I'm sure all our fellow ET posters are always absorbed in your posts just like me.

I'm glad I could be of assistance to you today, my brother.

False, you can exercise your 5th amendment rights and not testify in court. You cannot get out of jury duty! Come on son, stay with me here. I know it's hard, but focus. I assure you my mental makeup is a few ticks higher then yours. I don't run around message boards calling everyone a racist who disagrees with me.

Mav, are you sure a person can't get out of jury duty? Maybe I was dreamin' or sumthin' cause I nearly knowed that a person can get out of jury duty. (Not that I'd ever doubt anything you'd say, but I'm just seeking your help/guidance. You understand.)
