Getting an account not attached to social security number

I have a dozen European clients and they all open US futures accounts for some reason - I'm not sure why.

Post 9-11 money laundering laws and exchange clearing regulations are VERY demanding in terms of account holder transparency.

 

I think it is the commissions. The European comissions are ridiculous, for futures, not CFDs.....
