    ET = EntertainingTrolls
    Trolls are entertaining, and the site entertains trolls.

    The whole site seems to be pretty good about keeping trolls out so a lot of the discussions remain relevant, on topic and interesting.

    The signal to noise is much higher than I expected when I first came to this site.

    But I agree that the repeated "95% lose" message is getting old and those guys should be banned.

  7. The Forex forums do not 'bring" a bad element to EliteTrader. The Bad element is here....ET is filled with "old cronies" that just refuse to open their minds and think outside of the box.

    Anything new is just too much of a challenge to these few that find it neccessary to come over to Forex and terrorize those threads. You can't teach an old dog new tricks. You see they are bitter as their world is dissappearing and the good ol' days are over.

    Retail Spot Forex and its liquidity and versatility is here to stay.

    This is all I have to say about the matter.

  8. I maintain my position that the FOREX threads are the bait that attracts the bad actors to elitetrader. Once here, of course they spread to other threads infecting them. There is no question that FOREX is the prime attractor of the trolls, politicos and malcontents. The first step is to get rid of the bait if you don't wish to catch the fish.
