Get new java to speed up TWS IB

Just wanted to give a heads up...

Java release candidate 6 (from sun's java website) is incredibly quick and nimble compared to the previous version. TWS flies, and charting is practically zero lag.

one thing. back up your trade screens. it resets them.

charts do seem quicker. Still takes like 30 secs to load up TWS though, which seems like an eternity .
