Get a Pre-nup

  1. Not a big believer in marriage. But if you do make the mistake, make sure you get a pre-nup and make sure you move all valuable assets out of the states reach.

State law has good case history of fucking over the guy.

In this case the dumb retard was married for 1 and 1/2 years and lost all he got. Yeah, he was better off paying for it.

Renting the cow is much cheaper than taking it home and feeding it.

No wonder he lost his head.

Bruce Pardo complained in a court declaration that Sylvia Pardo was living with her parents, not paying rent, and had spent lavishly on a luxury car, gambling trips to Las Vegas, meals at fine restaurants, massages and golf lessons.

Documents from the divorce show Bruce Pardo got their house, which was valued at more than $500,000, but the couple only had $106,000 in equity in it. The mortgage was $2,700 a month, a declaration said.

He complained in a filing that he had monthly expenses of $8,900 and ran a monthly deficit of $2,678.

In June, the court ordered him to pay $1,785 a month in spousal support and put him on a payment plan of $450 a month for $3,570 that was unpaid.

His attorney, Stanley Silver, told The Associated Press his client had trouble making the support payments after he lost his job in July, but spousal support was waived in the settlement last week. Bruce Pardo was trying to pay $10,000 to finalize the divorce proceedings, Silver said, and he never showed any anger or instability.

The state was probably factoring in child support into the alimony when the kid wasn't even his.

Denied state support because they thought he quit his job so he would not have to pay support.

    Literally fucked every which way.

  2. there are certainly better examples out there ...

hell, I'm single, largely due to the legal consequences of contracting with the mostly unstable female population ... but this is hardly an example of the finest foreboding

  3. one can hardly blame the guy for going off the deep end.

he got taken for a ride by his ex-wife and of course US courts will always bend over the guy again.

Guys like Paul McCartney come to mind.

Dumb asses who jeopardize an entire life earning from hard work for a few years of wedded hell.

If you have money and she ain't going to sign the dotted pre-nup line, she's in it for the money.

And if she has a kid, watch out. She wants you to finance her kid while she cashes in the ex's alimony checks.

  4. all you need is love ...
