Germany's Retailer Arcandor says it'll file for bankruptcy

  1. MADRID (MarketWatch) -- Shares of German retailer Arcandor tumbled 32% on Tuesday after the company said it will file for bankruptcy, after being rejected on two fronts for a state loan guarantee and rescue aid.
