Thank you, I was about to weigh in with that observation. There are a few more as well.......... jasonm, mikasa, joe123 and probably a couple dozen more that I can't remember off the top of my head.
Germany gives Greece a Big FU. http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE6241P220100305 Dear Prime Minister, "If you read this, you have entered a country that is quite different from your own. You are now in Germany. "Here, we work until we're 67-years old... Here, we don't have to pay anyone a 1,000-euro bribe for a hospital bed." "And yes, Germany also has high debt, but we can pay it. We wake up early and work hard, because we want to save our money for a rainy day; and because we have companies, whose goods are in demand around the world." "Prime Minister, we want to be friends with Greece. That's why we've given your country 50 billion euros since you joined the EU. But let's be clear: A good friendship requires you to be honest." Greeks only work from 7:30AM to 2:30PM
That's the nature of Socialist States.... They want to work 4 days a week, 7 hours per day, with 6-weeks paid vacation per year, free health care, free college and a guaranteed pension. WHO WOULDN'T WANT THAT? "Everything under the sun" for minimal effort... better still, NO EFFORT! (Whatever happened to our MERITOCRACY... "provide for your own self or perish"?) Doesn't work that way. SOMEBODY has to pay for everything. And unfortunately, thanks to the Socialist Obama mad man, American is being forced down the same path. DEATH TO SOCIALISM, I say... especially in America!!
Don't worry others have noticed how you didn't respond to truth about you. You live in US yet you hate USA. That is the kind of person you are. Shallow and shortsighted.
As an American of Greek Heritage, I will say this: As long as the new German ruler of the Greek islands has a pet monkey, I'm fine with that. Sounds weird? Not really. In the early 1900s, the Greek Royal Family was really from Northern Europe. King Alexander's mother was the daughter of the Kaiser. This isn't unusual, most of European royalty is related. For example, Prince Phillip of England, the Queen's husband, is from the Greek royal line. Anyway, in 1920, King Alexander of Greece, grandson of the Kaiser in Germany, had a pet monkey that bit him. He died from the bite. I think Greece should give the German people a pet monkey as a gift. Now that would be symbolic. (Just a little trivia to break up the argument above this post)
Yes, which is obvious from all of my posts that defend the USA. Just ask Momo if I hate the USA And incidentally, what do you care? You're Canadian! Time for a new username, fruitloop.
