FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) -- Germany opposes a phrase in the draft conclusion for Wednesday's summit of European Union leaders that calls on the European Central Bank to continue buying bonds in the secondary market, German Chancellor Angela Merkel told reporters, according to a Reuters report.
