Germany is the country that has never repaid its debts. It has no standing to lecture other nations

My point is that forcing austerity on a country can lead to political instability. Fortunately the world leaders post WWII recognized this and didn't approach Germany from a pure technocratic viewpoint. In historic perspective the wish of the Greeks for a haircut is quite common.

  2. BULLSHIT! "Living on borrowed money until nobody will lend you more to do the same"... is their "bottom line".

Let's hope Greece's, "SPENDING OUR FUCKING BRAINS OUT OF OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY... WITH NO ABILITY TO REPAY OUR DEBTS"... will be a lesson to the rest of the western world.

  4. a) which sacrifices were made to allow Germany to unify? By the way it was not Thatcher, nor the UK or anyone in Europe that allowed the unification to happen. It was Russia and Gorbachev who decided not to intervene militarily when the PEOPLE themselves in East Germany and Eastern Blocks decided to rid themselves of communism and socialism.

    b) Germany assured for over 50 years that it had become peaceful and a reliable and wealthy economic and political partner. After the UK and possibly Canada, Germany is probably the closest American partner. So, of course if you listen to hateful Ms. Thatcher you will get all kinds of ideas, but else I do not see evidence how Germany was not a trusted partner at the time of reunification.

    c) German Mark the strongest? Yes with a monetary union strong economies in Europe enjoy a relatively cheaper Euro while weaker countries suffer from a relatively stronger Euro. That is Econ 101, Greece knew about it, and had the choice not to join the Monetary Union IN THE SAME WAY THE UK chose not to join. Free Choice my friend.

    d) we do not export olives my friend, we export BMW, Mercedes, VW, precision machinery, my friend. All the goodies that you love and desire to have.

  5. lol, yes, it is quite common for Greeks to demand hair cuts and all sorts of preferential treatment, because they are lazy fuxxs, savages who have not accomplished a single thing since they invented democracy. Unfortunately the part of democracy that deals with the necessary aspect of solidarity got lost. "Ups, we dropped that one, Germany, gimme, gimme, gimme"

  6. this is exactly the strategy Greeks are executing for some time now. They would lie and even put their signature under agreements and turn around and do the opposite if that meant more euros in the short term. Heroin Junkies of the worst type. A drug addict is actually the perfect example: Someone who does anything to suck money out of others and if that does not work they resort to immoral methods of cheating and lying. And if that does not work anymore they pull out the knife and outright threaten others. And if that also does not work they throw themselves to the ground and play the "victim of society" card.

  7. this was a serious question: You are harboring such a humongous amount of hatred towards Germans that you should seriously find a group or someone to talk about, because it apparently affects you quite a bit.

Truth is, reading Voly's post, it's not hard to imagine him beeind his keyboarg raving :

"My granddad tortured and murdered heaps of you untermenshen, and with gods help, my grandchildren will do the same. And this time we will prevail."

The guy is the poster child of Germany not done yet with its old demons.

I have no problems with Germans whatsoever, I have worked for various German companies in my career and found Germans to be pleasant, civilized and efficient. However, you see hatred against Germans in everyone that doesn't agree with you. To bring up the killing of family members in this discussion is really sick. Get a shrink.

  10. you have not displayed a blatant hatred for Germans and Germany over the past 3 pages (and in numerous other threads)? I let everyone judge him/herself.

Fact, however, is that you have put up blatant lies about Germany's debt repayments and war reparations. You were a total ass about this and someone who shoots should not be all that surprised to receive in return. I responded with facts and sources to such facts to expose your BS.
